Non-Refundable Deposit
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 25% of the total room rental rate is due five (5) business days after the reservation has been confirmed by Efferson Student Union. Failure to pay the non-refundable deposit will result in the reservation being canceled.
Final Payment
Events must be paid in full five (5) business days prior to the event. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in the cancellation of the event.
Cancellation
Requests to cancel reservations must be submitted in writing to the Efferson Student Union Facility Manager Mr. Baron Thomas (baron.thomas@famu.edu) no less than five (5) business days prior to the event. Clients are liable for all event charges if the cancellation request is received after the deadline.
