The Summer Housing Application process opens April 5 -June 3.

Summer facilities use will be determined based on the number of applications received. The preference for single or double rooms will be based on the facility used. Palmetto Street Phase III has been selected as the summer option for Sessions“A&C”. Students currently living in Palmetto Street Phase III and attending Session “A” or “C” must submit a renewal form by Friday, April 22, 2022, or you will be required to move out of the facility by 12 P.M., May 1, 2022. Students that are registered for Session “A” or “C” will move to Palmetto Street Phase III on May 7, 2022.
 

If you are an Incoming New Student applying for both Summer B 2022 and the 2022-2023 academic year, you will need to submit two separate Housing Confirmation Agreements but only one payment is required.

If you are an Incoming New Student interested in staying with us for Summer B 2022 only:

Pay a $200 advance non-refundable fee through your iRattler account.

OR

Complete the Housing Confirmation Agreement and submit by mail only with a money order or cashier’s check to the Office of University Housing, 1735 Wahnish Way, Suite 305, Tallahassee, FL 32307.

All Summer B assignments will be made by June 15, 2022.

If you are a Current Residential Student interested in staying with us for Summer A or C 2022:

  1. Complete the Summer Option Form
  2. Drop-off to our office in CASS 305 or email to famuhousing@famu.edu

If you are a Current Residential Student interested in staying with us for Summer B:

  1. Complete the Summer Option Form
  2. Drop-off to our office in CASS 305 or email to famuhousing@famu.edu
