Tour Requests

The museum component of the Meek-Eaton Black Archives is open to the public Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

There is no admission fee. Museum tours are self-guided. Groups of 10 or more people can call to schedule a guided tour. Groups requesting guided tours usually receive a brief welcome, introduction, or presentation on a special area of interest before viewing the exhibits.

Parking

Whether you are a student, faculty, or staff, everyone needs to register their vehicle to park on campus. All individuals and groups visiting the Black Archives on Florida A&M University's campus are required to secure a visitors parking decal from Parking Services. 

Parking is enforced 24/7, violations may result in your vehicle being immobilized or towed. Except during our major sporting events, there are always available parking spaces on the campus.

You may use the Online Vehicle Registraion to to so You may also choose to register via email (parkingservices@famu.edu) or in person at 2400 Wahnish Way. Parking Services is located in the same building as the FAMU Police Department and Physical Plant Operations.
