The FAMU Real Estate Program is a new academic initiative facilitated by the School of Business and Industry. This continuing education program provides the tools, education and training necessary for the successful practice of residential real estate development, residential sales, and property management. This program intends to engage participants from a broad range of academic and professional backgrounds with hands-on training that will prepare them to be successful in today’s real estate market.

COURSES OFFERED:

Pre-licensing Sales Professional: 63 hours
Pre-licensing Broker Professional: 72 hours
Post-licensing Sales Professional: 45 hours
Post-licensing Broker Professional: 60 hours
Broker Management: 30 hours
Broker Investment: 30 hours
Sales Person Continuing Education: 14 hours
State Examination Preparatory Exam
Fundaments of Home Inspection: 40 hours
Principles of Home Inspection: 100 hours
